It is with deep regret that Michael Kirk & Partners announce the death of their principle administrator, Jo Antonowicz. Jo joined the company in 2002 and was highly regarded by all MK staff and her clients. She died at the age of 57 after a long and courageous fight against cancer. Our thoughts are with her family.

14th January 2008 - Michael Kirk Announce Fee Rebate structure
Third-Party Pension Administrators, Michael Kirk & Partners Ltd, have announced a further service enhancement to their Administration proposition for 2008. With immediate effect they will be declaring Guaranteed turnaround times for all administration work (subject to receipt of data) as follows:
Annual Benefit Statements: 3 weeks from renewal date
Day to day Administration requests: 72 hours
In addition they will also be introducing fee rebates if these guarantees are not met and will be based on the following scale:

Managing Director, Steve Goddard, said "this service enhancement puts us very much in the forefront in the TPA market and literally puts our money where our mouth is! He added “many Trustee Boards will be reviewing their Administration support costs and current service levels during 2008 and they should not be paying for poor performance”

MKP have announced that they
are currently building a web based solution to enable individuals
and members of occupational pension schemes (DB & DC) to purchase
Self-Invested Personal Pensions. Managing Director, Steve Goddard
said “the proposed changes to pensions
design to be implemented on A-day in April 2006 will bring an unprecedented
demand for Sipps. Sippfactory.com will be fully enable to allow Sipp
investors to buy & sell shares online, view investment information
and provide planning tools”. Steve Goddard added “ we also believe
that Sipps will be popular in the workplace and we will also be launching

2005 – Esporta appoints Michael Kirk for Group PP
Michael Kirk have
been appointed as Consultants to the Esporta Group Personal Pension
insured via Norwich Union. Managing Director, Steve Goddard said “we

April 2005 – Michael Kirk acquires “Quantum
Executive Pension Plan” from
PIFC
After many months negotiation Michael Kirk have purchased the
Quantum EPP product from PIFC for an undisclosed sum. Quantum EPP
offers a wide range of investment choices and is designed for “High
Net worth” clients. Steve Goddard, Managing director said “this
product adds to our armoury to provide total solutions to HNW clients
and will be an invaluable product leading up to A day in 2006”

2005 – Michael Kirk recruits new Head of Administration
Michael Kirk
have announced that Andrew Blackman has been appointed as their
new Head of Consulting following the retirement of the previous
Head, Denis Nevin. Andrew joins Michael Kirk after 8 years as a Senior
Consultant with Mercer HR. Previously to Mercer HR Andrew worked
for 10 years with PIFC.
February 2005 – Esporta appoints
Michael Kirk for DB Administration
Esporta have appointed Michael Kirk as Administrators
and consultants to their Final Salary Scheme. Managing director Steve
Goddard commented “this
